Finally something good came of this lousy week:

I have been invited to join Beta Phi Mu, the Librarian Honor Society!

I'm thrilled. I'll admit that I was a little disappointed at graduation when I didn't make it. But I guess it's one of those things where they decide at the end of the year, not before graduation.

Maybe now I'll get a job? (And not keep coming in second.)
