This is prolly the least stressful last minute baking I've ever done. Chocolate cake came out of the oven about 20 minutes ago, and I'm waiting for it to be cool enough to pour a glaze/frosting over it. I hope it'll set before I have to leave to catch the train for my Dad's. Much less stressful than running around yesterday and trying to find a pomogranite. (And I can't believe that no one sells root beer extract/concentrate any more. Hence the last minute chocolate cake rather than the root beer spice cake I was going to make yesterday.)
